Despite the O2 website saying coverage at my postcode is good, I am having difficulty with it at home. It has never been great but workable but this last week or so, most of the time I have zero coverage in the house. Any help?

Because the online checker doesnt know how your home is built, or what is in the way, it is after all a computer guess based on optimal conditions, and doesnt take into consideration the laws of physics.

You can check for service issues at https://status.o2.co.uk

and these guides

Also look at enabling WifiCalling

Indoor coverage help here Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
