contact unable to ring me

One of my contacts can't ring me. When they try they get a message saying number not recognised. They are able to send me an i message tho . We are both with O2

Have you checked your blocked caller list?

Chances are they are using the apple ID info to call and not your current number.

So they may have an old number.

I message works by using apple ID so isn't affected by number changes.

Check your registered number on your Apple ID (or theirs)

Contact rings from contact list. My number hasn't changed for years. Def not blocked either

Does it work if they dial the number manually @JB1930 ?

Can you get them to delete you as a contact and try it?
