Been trying to activate cellular since purchased watch 2 years ago. Got the 08 code. Gave up in despair but tried again in Feb. Still wont work, spoken to lots of people got case number INC000005631853.
Nothing is happening, twitter helpful but just not being resolved. Please can anyone help

Hi, I would suggest trying a SIM swap as described in the link below. It worked for me and has worked for others with this same problem.

Hi Sarah. Things seem to be going from bad to worse.
last week Twitter said still working on problem and would be in touch but nothing yet
I tried to get new phone sim to try but shop couldn’t do it because of 360. Managed to get through to customer service today and they are sending one out.
Now I have received notification that O2 have turned off my 4G. Have no idea what is happening and really can’t understand why it’s turned off without explanation
I also have been waiting weeks for my volt benefits to activate and am just in despair
Is there anything you can do??

Your 4G problem will just need a reboot of your phone @Caravanner65 .
