call barring

Hello,

 

I need help with this problem: "Can't make outgoing calls while call barring is on."

 

My phone is S8 and when I've checked call barring, everything was off. I don't have PIN to access call barring.

What can I do?

Default pin is 0000

Also try putting ##002# into your dialler and try calling it

Dear Lisa,
Thank you for your help. You are right, it was an over due bill. I paid and now my phone works. In 10 years with O2 never had this issue and I didn't know what is happening.
