We purchased an international roaming account and want to top it up, but the website won’t accept a non-UK address - how do we get around this?

I am trying to contact customer support to talk about issues in EU roaming, in contact us section there is a chat option which always returns crap like "all of our members are busy now" I can't find any phone number I could call.

Watch not activating on data plan

Hey I’ve read a few posts with people having issues connecting to mobile data with a new watch. I’ve been messaging support and they sending out another esim but did anyone manage to sort it without that? Thanks
