Shocked at no 5G masts in Preston (city)

So EE and Three have had it for ages yet O2 seem to be happy to stick to the 4G signal in England's newest and growing city. Not good karma. So when will O2 actually put 5G in Preston and keep up with the Joneses???

Signal problems

I've had no signal since last night. Service saying 'no service' and 'SOS calls only', I've tried turning phone on and off a few times, I've tried restarting, I've turned aeroplane mode off and on and still nothing. Any advice?
