Hi I ordered a new sim card on the 14th of June tgen another on the 19th
as it hadn't come one has turned up but is saying its not got a
connection can you add my number to this sim card that had come
I’m trying to download my e sim, the security code to access my o2
account goes to my phone which now says no service so the code is not
coming through
I recently started a contract and ported my old number this week. This
seems to have worked in terms of signal and making outgoing calls, but
some friends and relatives say they get call diverted message (which I
haven't set up) or no ring tone whats...
I've just received my new upgrade phone, but can't connect as I'm
getting a message saying no sim card. I opted for a digital sim so don't
physically have one, how do I activate the digital sim?
When I try to log in on the app I enter my email and password and it
asks to verify by sending a code to my phone number. But the only phone
number option is incorrect I have no idea who’s number it is
Hi, I'm experiencing WiFi issues when I'm outside. As soon as I step
over the threshold of my home all my messages, notifications of missed
calls start flooding in. Can you advise? This has been happening for
some time now but still nit resolved.
