Porting number to O2

Hi,I filled in the online keep my number form', next day called Customer services and they no find it, then did over phone , on day of transfer both old number and temporary o2 number both dont work. Both one on the phone can help me.

Credit File showing as 2 months arrears and i'm not!

Anyone had any joy ever getting a reply from the Credit File Referrals team. I am currently going through a mortgage application and O2 are reporting i am 2 months in arrears which i'm not! Desperate to get this resolved and emailed them over 2 weeks...
