Resolved! Samsung A71 and no mobile data

hi there,My Samsung A71 won't find any mobile data networks. 2g, 3g or 4g are not showing. Mobile data is enabled but it cannot find the networks. I was sent the sim in the post to replace an old one (last phone fell in a river).
