Resolved! Getting spammed by O2 and calling 2220 to opt out is not working

I am constantly get spam text messages from O2 which I never asked for! And it's impossible to stop. The message says "To stop texts, call 2220" but when I call that number I just get "generic error, cannot verify your number now". HELP!

Cannot download bill history

I keep getting error messages when trying to download my billing history. I have called O2 twice spending an hour on the phone with them. They promised to send the bills by email. It's now a week later!

Number porting

My number has been ported to o2 today from Vodafone. However I now have two signals- Vodafone and 02. Will this rectify itself? I thought providing o2 with my PAC number would cancel Vodafone?
