Hi I recently upgraded my monthly contract to a sim-only contract last month. I have been using my old sim that I have had. I have not received a text from O2 about my bill information. Why is that? Do I need to swap my sims over? Please help.

Resolved! Early termination text while travelling

I have just received an O2 message saying I’m about to be terminated early from my contract while I’m travelling in Australia. I have O2 travel on my contact and the terms of fair usage said I had at least a couple of months ver seas.
