Hi everyone

 

For the past month when going to pay my phone bill I have been stuck with this message "Your airtime bill payment is being processed"

 

A month ago I made a payment, It was returned a month later despite having cleared funds.

 

I've told technical support via message and even called them.

 

They have done nothing to fix it.

 

Please can someone actually help "🙏 demands" I'm Autistic and disabled and this is stressing me out.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
