Please remove all your personal details, that you have made easily accessible on a public forum and may be used to defraud or scam you and you are liable.
Click on the down arrow in your post and select Edit.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
