I’ve been with O2 for many years and I was with Vodafone previously.  Loads of people tell me when they try and ring me it goes straight to Vodafone voicemail. My phone doesn’t ring even when I am standing next to them it goes straight to Vodafone. I’ve tried the online chat and got nowhere.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Online chat is known to be less than great @Mrjustin73 

Try calling customer services on 202 if you are pay monthly or 4445 if you are pay as you go.

Alternatively try using social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
