I have not been able to use the Internet properly all day. I have checked my account and have no data left. But even when I am at home with my broadband, I still can't use some of my apps. E.g online banking, WhatsApp, garmin connect, Instagram

No, you should still be able to use your home broadband via WiFi, I would make sure that WiFi Assist is switched off.

It may just be a coincidental issue with your broadband too.

Try rebooting your wifi router and run a speedtest to see if you are getting any data transfer.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
