Wifi calling

I’ve had alerts on my phone to say 4g has been switched off, and my phone advises me to contact you to activate wifi calling, which was working previously 

please advise

This is usually just a temporary issue and rebooting your phone should fix it.

hi how the hell do i get WiFi calling turned on please its driving me mad. I have all the settings n my Iphone its saying i need to set up via o2

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
