If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

You can't download it? You might be using a phone that is on an older version of the OS that is no longer supported.

You can't open it? Try deleting and downloading again.

You can't log in? Are you a pay monthly or pay as you go customer? Can you log in via a browser ok?
