Why haven't I got my old number, having got PAC number from Virgin and put new SIM in phone.

Virgin have me a PAC and told me to just put my O2 Sim in the phone and I would keep my old number. This hasn't happened. Why?

You need to contact O2 and ask them to migrate your number over.
