Why has O2 changed my tariff and I’m overseas and can not get this sorted.

o2 don't just change tariffs.

I will tag @O2Daniel and he should be able to help further

I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

This is the 2nd such post in two days so I wonder if O2 have decided to start removing the old legacy tariffs?

They shouldn't do this without notifying the account holder

All you can do @Chillhilljay is to call customer service using Skype or the free number from your phone

I think I've come across 4 changed tariff posts over the last week.

Someone needs to let us know what the hell is going on!!
