Do you already have an Apple Music Account? and it is upto 6months and the length is determined by Apple and not o2

@Gilo1

I got 6 months as advertised,

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Were you able to get this activated @Gilo1?

O2 has let us know that if you ensure you're signed into the Priority app with the number you got the text from, you should see the offer there.
