I have just wasted two hours of my time trying to just download the last three monthly bills for my phone and my ipad. I've rebooted, changed Search Engines and gone around and around your website. It is frustrating just trying to find a contact method like a telephone number but no it just goes around in circles. Even your chat lines do not work as there are no vacancies in 2022 let alone Dec 2021!!

Another 24 hours goes by and I still can't see my old bills. Does a telephoner number exisit so I can call a telephone company?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
