Hi, I have received a voicemail explaining my mailbox pin is set to default and that I should change it. My concern, is this a scam or a real O2 request?

It will be a genuine request. It will be set to the default of 8705 and needs to be changed as a security measure @RGA

When you phone your voicemail it will prompt you to set up a pin. Please see the attached link to the O2 help and support page. It has advice on how to keep your voicemail safe.https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/voicemail
