Being just transfered to 02 from Virgin and way over the hill, I can't figure out how to switch off the voicemail since I never asked for it and don't use it. I'm getting a little frustrated. Can anyone tell me exactly how to switch it off. I find the voicemail settings but I can't find an option to switch it off.

Using the keypad, dial 1760. You may hear a "Your voicemail has been turned off" message before the call ends

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
