Voicemail notification

Hi, All. I keep getting voicemail notification even thou no voicemail exists. I’ve tried most of the solutions on line including resetting network setting plus..  turning on off badges..  any assistance gratefully received..  regards Paul

The process I suggested usually clears any stuck notifications.

However, in your case, it would appear you need O2 to reset your voicemail. 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Call yourself from another phone and leave a voicemail.

Then listen to it on your phone and delete it.

Thanks for info..  already tried that a couple of times..  can listen, delete save..   my voicemail works the way I think it should..  my issue my phone or network telling me I have a voice message and keeps telling me when there are no messages?
