Hi,

I have an issue trying to delete a voicemail notification I keep getting that doesn't seem to go away. I tried the delete date method but that didn't work. I called customer services twice and they didn't help at all. One of them asked me to turn of voicemail and I tried telling her I'd already tried that a dozen times but she insisted try again. The 2nd person suggested I contact a technical advice.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Simon

@Simon66

Try leaving yourself another voicemail and then delete it.

That usually clears anything that's got stuck.

Hi,  I've never personally used voicemail myself. Do I just call my own number on a different phone?
