Hi, Is there a way I can leave a customised voicemail greeting, but not allow them to leave a message? I.e "thank you for calling please hang up and redial this number", and that's it, no other options for the caller?

Thank you!

Voicemail guide here Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

You could always set up a call divert if unable to do what you want with voicemail.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks both, I thought there was probably no way to do it, a call divert to another number isn't viable for what I do unfortunately, i'll have to stick to turning voicemail off completely!
