Vodafone to O2 porting issue

TEN WEEKS ago I ported 3 phones from Vodafone to O2. One still does not work. It cannot send or receive texts or receive any calls unless from other O2 users. The O2 support is absolutely appalling. 
1st call to O2 we were told that a ticket had been raised to the tech team & it would take 5 days to put right & we would get a call back.

2nd call to O2 after 5 days were told the 1st ticket was not completed & they raised another ticket. 

3rd call to O2 after 5 days were told that the tickets had been raised incorrectly & we were ABSOLUTELY PROMISED that we would get a call back.

4th call to O2 requested PAC codes but refused because there was an issue being looked in to & we would be charged to cancel. We were then told it would take 10 days before someone would contact us ( not 5 days !!??)
5th call to O2 after 10 days we questioned why we had not received any calls back & they could not answer the question. So we raised a complaint & were told someone would get back to us in 10 days, which I told the guy that I had no faith in anyone calling us back. 
6th call to O2. 12.09.2023 only to be told the same thing and still no call from O2.

This has been requested to fix URGENTLY as it’s my wife’s number that cannot receive texts or calls & she is awaiting urgent medical treatment. 

Our daughters school also cannot contact my wife & because our daughter is suffering from extreme OCD this is has led to extreme complications & anxiety for all of us. 
CAN ANYONE HELP ??

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.

There is no one here who can access accounts, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
