I have recently been transferred over from Virgin Media and have received my sim card and esim. I have tried to activate my esim and it won't work. So I have to contact o2 but getting through is difficult. When I login to activate my sim card there is a phone number on there that I don't have which a security code has been sent to so I can log in but I don't have the number. Can you help? Is anyone else having issues with the change over from Virgin Media

@Donna_Reade

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
