@Martin2023

You'll likely be needing to replace your sim with an O2 one then.

Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID or call 202 or 0344 809 0202.

You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Hi Changed Over Sim Card To 02 And VPN Still Not Working.

Contacted VPN Provider Who Said Must Be Some Network Block On Phone.

They Told Me To Download And Install WireGuard For Android,

Download And Installed On Android And Now VPN Is Working Perfect.

Many Thanks.

Just to be clear the VPN provider told you to use a VPN to use there VPN @Martin2023

If that is the case then they know o2 block there VPN Traffic,

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
