Hi there! 

Wonder if you can help me please, I got my new phone and have had confirmation that I am on my new tariff on my old SIM card, but have been given another SIM card, which one do I need to put in my new phone? And it it’s my new SIM card will my number be transferred?

If the old SIM fits in the new phone, @hazellma19, then use it.

If the new phone is a different size of SIM, or you've upgraded from a 4G to a 5G capable phone, then you'll need to do a Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update to move your number onto the new SIM and deactivate the old SIM - an O2 Shop can also help with this, if there's one convenient that's open.
