I have recently upgraded from the iPhone 8 Plus to the iPhone 13. I have followed all set up steps but now neither phone is working. I cannot make phone calls on either and can only send a message via Wi-Fi to phones also on wifi.
I don’t understand where I ah a gone wrong but now have no phone that works.
