Unknown numbers with no callerid

Hi folks,

 

I know this has been asked before but I would really appreciate some help.

Since migrating from Virgin Media and after inserting a new sim sent to me by O2 every call I receive does not show caller ID but shows Unknown number.

It is important to me to know who is calling me and I am reaching out for some help.

 

I have already spent (on 2 separate calls) more than 2 and a half hours on the phone to O2 customer support with no resolution.

I have also visited my local O2 shop who were unfortunately unable to help.

Same advice applies unfortunately @susgal 

We used to have o2 advisors on the community who could try and fix this, but they left a few weeks ago.

Your only option now is to keep trying customer services, either by calling or messaging on social media.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 140 - Guide: A Guide to Skype 

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
