I can’t receive or make text, calls or use 4G since 03rd August. I also don’t have any 4G when I’m not on the wifi. I can’t do anything as everything requires codes to be sent to phone and I can’t receive any so unable to do my online banking, use any apps that require codes from sms or even call helpline as I don’t have a landline and only rely on my mobile.
I keep checking the service status for my postcode and all the time it says that the phone mast doesn’t work correctly. It’s been like this since last Thursday and no updates on when it’s going to be fixed.

Is it just in one place you have an issue or everywhere @Maggie2110 ?

If one place, and the service checker says there is an issue then you just need to wait until it gets fixed.

o2 (and other networks) don't give dates of when a mast would be fixed as they are at the mercy of others - either supply or parts or access to the mast itself.

There is an app you can use to keep reporting the issue (My Network) which has more information in the guide below.
