Unable to receive text messages when abroad

Hi

Currently I am in India and having issue with receiving text messages. I am using iPhone 11 Pro and I have tried the following things:  restart phone, restart network settings, changing network provider but nothing seems to have helped.

Any suggestions will be welcome

Does your phone have a connection to any Indian mobile networks? That's needed to use voice calls, texts or mobile data whilst in India - and if you don't have that, there's your issue.

Or does your phone have a local network connection? And calls & mobile data work but texts don't?
