Moved to O2 from Lycamobile, so now unable to receive any calls or texts. customer service was horrible, I phoned many times, so they asked me to come from pay as you go to pay monthly and promised to fix it, unfortunately, two weeks have gone by, and still nothing....

I'm appalled that they should try to sell you a contract, to fix a problem that has nothing to do with being PAYG

Hope you didn't do that.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

what a horrible company, they never sorted the problem.... last time they promised to sort it in 10 days, unfortunately not event contact me..........

You have been provided with Guide: How to find help & contact O2 by @pgn above. Have you tried contacting O2 via their social media channels ? They seem quite well thought of and might be a better option to resolve your issue.
