I was told when ordering my new phone, I was eligible for an airtime discount with O2 open. This was a big factor in purchasing my new phone and contract and I was told I simply needed to contact O2 once I received my new handset to apply the discount. For the past two days now, whenever I log in to apply the discount, I get the following error:

It usually takes a few days for the systems to update.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
