Trying to upgrade to a new phone - code limit reached because of a page error at the end of checkout

So, as the title says. After trying to pay for a new phone upgrade on the O2 website via browser I've been given a code limit reached because whenever I go to complete the checkout page, it takes me to a "looks like something went wrong page" and have to repeat the process, I'm stuck in a loop that wasn't my fault and have been given a code limit because of it. The problem is this issue is time sensitive as the phone upgrade I want is on a deal that ends on the 15th. I guess my question is, does the code limit reset at midnight? or 24 hours from when the limit was reached? Any ideas what to do otherwise?

It should reset itself around midnight (never exact) when the systems update.

The shop pages will become unavailable whilst the systems reset

If yyou still have prooblems in the morning

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

See links below

Or you can call them from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255
