Trouble replying to calls on my i phone 11. I can hear the caller but the caller says I am breaking

When receiving calls I can hear the caller perfectly but on replying caller says I am breaking up and they can’t hear me

You probably need a new sim. Pop into any O2 store with ID and they will swap it over for you.
