My son took out my existing contract, which is now free of commitment. I have now established a new contract and wish to retain the existing number that was established on the first contract. (I have always been exclusive user of the number on the first contract. I am told that my son needs to give verbal permission for this to proceed. My son is on the West coast of Canada, while I am in the UK. It is impossible for my son to get through to customer services. Is there any alternative way to get this number transferred?

Thanks for any advice you can give.

He could message O2 on social media to give permission.

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
