I just got a new iphone, and i realised theres a transfer esim feature on the iphone, is it possible to affect the transfer without requesting a new esim from O2 and waiting a week for it to arrive? Or does O2 not support this?

@dwardu

If you're on the new billing system you can do it in your MyO2.

Alternatively, pop in store with photo ID and they will do it whilst you wait.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

In store won't make any difference @dwardu
