Transfer of old mobile number to new O2 account

New SIM delivered today with new O2 mobile number. Gave PAC code when SIM ordered to retain old mobile number.

When will old number be transferred?

At the earliest Tuesday next week, if you didnt receive a text with a transfer date the form may have failed, so i would try and complete it again
