Transfer of number hasn’t worked and now have no service

Hi

 

i bought a new deal with o2 and wanted to transfer my old phone number over. It worked for the first few days and now says no service. Help pls!

Do you mean your old phone or you new phone @Catherine1982 ?

You need to keep turning your new phone off and on again and it should catch up.

If you are still without signal tomorrow then try calling customer services - you can use Skype to call one of the numbers in the guide below.
