Hi

 

I have an iphone 8 and just recently purchased an iphone 11. How do I swap all of my data / apps / etc onto the new phone. I only have one sim card. 02 assured me I wouldn't need another one.

You can use the same sim card

Back up your phone to itunes

and then restore the new phone from that backup

Use your old sim.

Make sure you are logged into iCloud and that your back up is on then everything will transfer across when you log in on your new phone.
