I ordered a new o2 sim, as a new o2 customer. I ordered the new sim with a PAC code as I wanted to keep my old number and bring it to o2. I don't think this has transferred and I'm not sure how to check or process the transfer

Keep rebooting your phone. If it still hasn't transferred then contact O2 on any of the numbers here. You can use Skype. All in the guide

Thanks, I'll keep trying by restarting my phone. probably won't be easy to contact someone by calling due to current restrictions - I'll give it a go. Thanks
