Hi good morning. What it is I tried to top up last night for first time. And first £10 went through as a top up my folt I no.  Then started to do a new tariff first £10 it come up and said  season timed out money went out bank.    Third time went through as normal. So it cost me £30 fir a £10 topup. Is there anything can be done about this please

The payments will be pending as they were not claimed by O2, so will be returned to your bank account in line with your banks policy, usually 3 to 5 days.
