I have been an 02 customer for approx 6 weeks, I became an 02 customer as my existing virgin media contract was renewed and I had to join 02. My number has been ported across however from the very first day when customers, friend, family and colleagues try to call me they hear the following recorded message “The number you are calling has been changed” this message is repeated twice then cuts off. I have been calling 02 for the last 5 to 6 weeks twice weekly for help and no one can help it has even been suggested by a manager at 02 that we might just have to cancel the contract however if this does happen I lose my original phone number and I will be charged an extra £72 per month and lose my broad band speed  through no fault of my own. The service so far from 02 has been atrocious and no one ever calls me back despite promises that they will call me back.

@JM32

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
