My security code texts arrive late (unless they are from O2). Codes for NHS / Covid need to be put in within 5 minutes. These texts take 6 or more hours but O2s come within 30 seconds; how do I get these texts in time????

Sounds like delay on the senders side, I see this across all 4 MNO's in the UK....

o2 use there own tooling, where are the NHS etc use a 3rd Party to send them out.

I would reach out NHSX etc

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Try turning off wifi to see if they come through any quicker.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
