Can't send text shows 02 error 500 anyone know what it means?

Where are you seeing this error, and on what phone

When sending a text it will tell me it's sending then after a while error 500 not sent tap to try again phone is honor lite 10

The best thing to do is speak to Huawei Support as that sounds more like a Software Bug,

I would also suggest making sure the OS and all Apps are upto date as well
