Received a text saying bill overdue. it was automaticly paid on the 15 Decembed2021.

I should not be charged for late payment.

If youare refering to my wife's phone , you have been informed several times she has passed away on 5 November 2021 DocumentationDeath Cert. waspresented to you Poole brench.

 

The administration in your company has dropped to a very low level. This can only be put down to the management of low standards
