You need an esim pack from O2 or look in your MyO2 to see if it's been sent there.

Then your best option is to pop into your local o2 store with Photo ID, and they can sort there an then, otherwise you are in the land of waiting for Royal Mail, and it can take up to 7 Days to be delivered.

In that case, as I said, you need to contact O2 to send you one or pop in store.
